Shipping Policy
1. We currently offer delivery services only within India.
We provide free shipping on all orders across different regions of India. Please note that we do not provide services outside of India. Thank you for your understanding.
How will my goods be shipped?
We partner with Shree Anjani Courier Services to ensure the delivery of your orders. No signature is required upon delivery.
2. The delivery time for your order consists of two parts:
(1) Order processing time: This typically takes 1 business day, excluding shipping time. It refers to the time it takes for the seller to hand over the order to the courier company after you have placed the order. Orders are usually shipped within 1 business days after order confirmation/payment. Delays may occur for orders placed over the weekend. Please note that our warehouse operates during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. In such cases, we take measures to minimize transportation delays.
(2) Shipping time: This is typically 3-6 business days.
Note: Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (depending on your location).
3. Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (the tracking number will be activated within 24 hours). Please note that during peak periods or holidays, it may take longer. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update. If you are unable to track your package correctly, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
4. Address Change:
Once the package is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location for your order, please contact us via support@greyjack.in or call us at +91 7977209171.
5. Delivery Time Exceeded:
Due to some special circumstances, delays can occur. If your order is delayed, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order via email at support@greyjack.in or call us at +91 7977209171, and we will promptly verify the situation with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.
6. Order Cancellation:
If you contact us promptly after making a purchase, we can cancel your order. If your payment is already processed, but the package is not yet shipped, you can cancel the order before it is delivered. We will refund your money in full. Once the package is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
7. About Taxes:
Grey Jack covers all taxes, and consumers have no additional burden. We make every effort to avoid any extra charges that you may have to pay, so please don't worry. If you have any customs-related questions, please contact us via support@greyjack.in. Please note that according to customs regulations, Grey Jack cannot declare purchased items as gifts.
8. Please note:
All orders are shipped from India (subject to change). During sales periods and holidays, delivery times may be longer than the estimated time mentioned above.
Delivery time is estimated from the shipping date, not the order date, and may take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other reasons.
If the package does not arrive in a timely manner, please submit the documentation within 6 months of shipment, and our representative will respond to you within 24 hours. Please note that requests submitted after the deadline may not be recognized.
