We provide free shipping on all orders across different regions of India. Please note that we do not provide services outside of India. Thank you for your understanding.

We partner with Shree Anjani Courier Services to ensure the delivery of your orders. No signature is required upon delivery.

The delivery time for your order consists of two parts:

(1) Order processing time: This typically takes 1 business day, excluding shipping time. It refers to the time it takes for the seller to hand over the order to the courier company after you have placed the order. Orders are usually shipped within 1 business days after order confirmation/payment. Delays may occur for orders placed over the weekend. Please note that our warehouse operates during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. In such cases, we take measures to minimize transportation delays.

(2) Shipping time: This is typically 3-6 business days.

Note: Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (depending on your location).

After the shipment, customers will receive an email with a tracking number. Customers can track their package by using the tracking number through tracking link:

At GREY JACK, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our eyeglasses. We offer the following warranty policy for your peace of mind:

1. 7-Day Return for Dissatisfaction:
If you are not satisfied with your glasses within 7 days of receiving them, you can request a return for a refund. No questions will be asked. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate the return process.

2. 30-Day Free Replacement for Quality Issues:
If you encounter any quality problems with your glasses within 30 days of receipt, we offer a free replacement. You will not be required to return the original glasses, and we will cover the shipping fees for the replacement pair.

Please note:
- The warranty period starts from the date of receipt.
- The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include damages caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care of the glasses.
- To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our customer service with your order details and a description of the issue.

We are committed to providing high-quality eyeglasses and ensuring your satisfaction. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding our warranty policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

A. Can I return my product?

We strive to provide excellent products, and if you are not 100% satisfied with the received goods, we will be disappointed. However, for most brand new items, we are happy to accept returns within 7 days after receiving them. If there is any dispute regarding the refund amount for any returned item, your refund will be based on the value of the product as stated on the original purchase invoice. Generally, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted. Please make sure to contact us first via email at support@greyjack.in.

B. Return and Exchange Conditions:

1) We do not accept items that are directly returned without prior verification with us.
2) Damages caused due to misuse or improper use of the product.
3) Products with tampered or missing price tags.
4) Returns without the original packaging box, invoice, and all other items originally included with the product.
5) Returns that are worn, damaged, cleaned, or altered.
6) We do not accept packages returned through cash on delivery services. Return shipping fees will not be refunded.
7) We do not accept returned items used for resale. All sales are final. Final Sale: All clearance or discounted items are considered final sales and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Damages/loss caused by the customer will not be refunded.
8) Once a product has been exchanged and delivered, the order will no longer be eligible for further exchanges or refunds.
